Your contact details and message are used to connect with you, answer your questions and discuss services you have asked about. Sending an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. Contact details are not sold.

Website enquiries are stored in the site’s private WordPress administration area and sent to the business email inbox. The website uses hosting and email services to operate and deliver messages. Access is limited to the people and providers involved in operating the website and responding to enquiries. Server logs may contain technical information such as an IP address, browser details and requested pages.
Cookies, security and analytics
WordPress uses cookies for administrator sign-in. The enquiry form uses a temporary, hashed IP-based request counter to help prevent repeated spam submissions.
This website uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to understand page visits and interactions, including clicks on contact links. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions, and sends website-usage information to Google for analytics processing. Logged-in administrator visits are excluded by the website’s tracking settings.

To prevent Google Analytics from using your visit data in supported browsers, Google provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Your browser also provides cookie controls; blocking cookies alone may not stop all analytics requests.

Retention and deletion requests
Enquiry information is kept for responding to your questions and relevant follow-up. There is currently no fixed retention period for enquiries. If you want your enquiry or contact information removed, email yousafsaneen96@gmail.com. You can also ask to correct inaccurate information or stop further contact. Requests will be reviewed and acted on; some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or an ongoing service relationship.
