Context and goal
A Qatar-based higher education consultancy wanted to reach working professionals considering further education. Its courses carried high fees, making audience relevance and the enquiry journey central to campaign planning.
I managed the client as a performance marketer under Addox Digital. Over three months, from 1 June 2026 to 31 August 2026, lead-generation and WhatsApp campaigns generated a reported 3,024 enquiries on QAR 55,277.22 total ad spend.
Industry
Higher education for working professionals involves a considered decision about career goals, time and course fees. The consultancy offered high-ticket courses, so the campaign funnel needed to support prospective students through an informed enquiry process.
Objective
Generate enquiries from Qatar-based professionals through Meta lead forms and WhatsApp, while connecting campaign activity with CRM capture and performance monitoring.
Challenges
High course fees made audience fit and clear creative messaging important. Lead-form submissions and WhatsApp conversations followed different enquiry routes, requiring a structured funnel and connected CRM process.

What I did
Strategy
I planned and structured the campaign funnel around the intended audience and enquiry routes. The work included campaign analysis, ongoing performance monitoring, CRM integration, Conversions API and dataset integration, and creative testing.
Campaign setup
Meta campaigns used lead-generation and WhatsApp objectives. CRM integration supported enquiry handling, while Conversions API and dataset integration formed part of the measurement setup. Campaign planning and funnel structure connected the advert with the next action.
Creative approach
Creative testing was used to review how campaign messages performed with Qatar-based professionals. Creative analysis informed ongoing campaign decisions; no specific test uplift is claimed without a comparative report.
Targeting
The focused market was working professionals in Qatar considering higher education. The high-fee course offering informed audience planning and messaging. An enquiry alone does not establish that a prospect is qualified or has enrolled.
Optimization
I monitored campaign performance and analysed results throughout the three-month period. Reviews covered creative performance, enquiry routes, funnel structure and the connected CRM and tracking setup.

Results
The programme generated a reported 3,024 combined lead-form and WhatsApp enquiries over the three-month reporting period from 1 June 2026 to 31 August 2026, with QAR 55,277.22 in total ad spend.
The supplied Meta Ads Manager screenshot confirms the reporting dates and total spend. It reports mixed conversion types and shows only part of the campaign list, so the full enquiry total is presented as the supplied campaign summary rather than a total independently visible in the screenshot.
These figures describe enquiries, not verified unique prospects, admissions, revenue or return on ad spend. The high-ticket description refers to the course offering, not proof that every enquiry converted into a high-value customer.
One WhatsApp campaign recorded 359 messaging conversations started on QAR 5,529.50 spend, at QAR 15.40 per conversation. Its supplied demographic breakdown shows 356 results, concentrated in the 25–44 age groups; this breakdown is presented separately from the 359-conversation overview.
