Context and goal
A study abroad consultancy needed enquiries from students considering overseas education and parents involved in the decision. I handled this client as a performance marketer under Addox Digital, connecting Meta campaign management with CRM integration and sales-team follow-up.
The three-month reporting period covers 1 June 2026 to 31 August 2026. Across lead-generation and WhatsApp campaigns, the client reported 5,821 enquiries with total Meta ad spend of ₹16,64,587.37.
Industry
Study abroad is a high-consideration service. Students and parents need clear course and destination information before taking the next step. Each potential admission can have substantial business value, but an enquiry is only the start of that journey.
Objective
Generate enquiries from prospective students and their parents in Kerala and GCC markets, support timely follow-up through the CRM, and use campaign data to guide ongoing decisions. Branding campaigns also supported profile visits.
Challenges
Different courses, destinations and audiences required different messages. Lead forms and WhatsApp conversations also needed coordinated follow-up so the sales team could respond to enquiries. Performance had to be reviewed across campaign objectives rather than treating every result as the same action.

What I did
Strategy
I ran campaigns with different objectives, including lead generation, WhatsApp enquiries and branding/profile visits. I analysed campaign performance, tested creatives and lead forms, integrated the CRM, and coordinated sales-team follow-up. Meta Pixel and Conversions API integration supported the tracking setup.
Campaign setup
Campaigns were organised around the enquiry route and objective. Lead-form campaigns captured student interest, WhatsApp campaigns opened conversations, and branding campaigns supported profile discovery. The account-spend total includes these different objectives.
Creative approach
I reviewed creative performance and tested different creatives and lead forms. The aim was to understand which messages and enquiry experiences suited students and parents considering overseas study. No creative-level uplift is claimed without a comparable report.
Targeting
Students looking for study abroad and their parents, with campaigns targeting Kerala and GCC markets. Messaging and enquiry routes were considered alongside the audience and course offer.
Optimization
Campaign performance was monitored throughout the reporting period. I reviewed results and creative performance, tested forms and creatives, and worked with the sales team on enquiry follow-up through the integrated CRM.
